Hi, I'm Allie! I was born and raised in Temple, TX, and I've been operating Allie's Nitty Gritty Cleaning Services since 2020. But honestly? This started way before that. Growing up, my father made one thing very clear: nothing is free. So when I wanted a little pocket change for movies or those extra-curricular activities that definitely weren't in the budget, I got to work — cleaning the house, top to bottom, and doing it right.
That habit never left me. Even after I moved out, I kept my Monday cleaning routine for years. On the days I wasn't cleaning, I was waiting tables at local restaurants in the area. One Monday, my General Manager — who was putting in 70-plus hours a week — asked if I'd come clean her house. She knew Mondays were my day, and she trusted me. I said yes, and something clicked.
What started as a favor turned into a passion. I realized I wasn't just cleaning spaces — I was giving someone their evening back. Their weekend back. Their peace of mind back. As a busy mom, wife, and business owner myself, I know firsthand how hard it is to keep up with your own household when life is moving at full speed. That's exactly why I do this.
Helping others, relieving stress, and giving people their time back to spend however they see fit — that's my calling. I am so genuinely excited to help you, because this is what I am meant to do: help others and change one life at a time.
